Ubisoft the game make have bought rights to make the Heroes Video Game which is so so. As quoted from Digital Spy

Science fiction series Heroes is to be made into a video game after Ubisoft announced it has secured the rights.
Heroes, which began airing on BBC Two last Wednesday, follows a group of people across the globe who have supernatural abilities such as telekinesis, flight and time travel.

“We’re very excited to be making the Heroes video game with Ubisoft,” said Tim Kring, executive producer and creator of Heroes, while speaking to the Hollywood Reporter. “Time and again, Ubisoft has proven they can turn licensed properties into fantastic games.”

The TV series script writers will reportedly consult with Ubisoft when developing the game and, according to the show’s co-executive producer Jesse Alexander, the game has been in their minds since the start.

“From Day 1 we’ve all been thinking about the game,” said Alexander. “All along we’ve been writing some of our stories in ways they can tie into the eventual video game.”
The Heroes videogame, which is rumoured will be released late 2008, is the latest in a long line of merchandise from the TV series, with graphics novels, a website, a mobile phone game and a Heroes: Origin spin-off TV show also in the works.

I don’t know if I agree with this because TV to Video Games can be pretty crap but who knows.
