Next Week Sylar goes home and then I searched a bit out and found some info on the woman who is gonna play Sylars mum…thanks to Playbill News

Ellen Greene, the celebrated singing actress best known for her work on stage and on screen in Little Shop of Horrors, will make a guest appearance on the new NBC show “Heroes.”

Greene will appear on the May 7 episode of the acclaimed show, which airs in the metropolitan area on WNBC Channel 4 from 9-10 PM ET; check local listings. Greene will portray the mother of Sylar, the character played by actor Zachary Quinto.

The upcoming episode is titled “The Hard Part” and is described by as such: “Hiro and Ando are even more determined to save the world after seeing the grim future; Nathan takes steps to win the election. Thompson (Eric Roberts) brings someone new into the organization; and Sylar visit his mom (Ellen Greene).”

“Heroes,” created by writer Tim Kring, is “an epic drama that chronicles the lives of ordinary people who discover they possess extraordinary abilities.” The hour-long program stars Santiago Cabrera, Masi Oka, Tawny Cypress, Hayden Panettiere, Noah Gray-Cabey, Adrian Pasdar, Greg Grunberg, Sendhil Ramamurthy, Ali Larter and Milo Ventimiglia.

Ellen Greene began her career as a nightclub singer, performing in the now closed New York cabaret Reno Sweeney. At age 21, Joseph Papp took her under his wing and cast her in productions of Boom Boom Room and The Threepenny Opera. Greene earned a Tony nomination for her work in the latter, but it was her role as Audrey in both the original stage and film productions of Little Shop of Horrors that brought her national attention. Among her recent theatrical credits are the West Coast staging of Side Man and an all-star reading of Women Behind Bars. Her many screen credits include “The Cooler,” “One Fine Day,” “Léon,” “Fathers & Sons,” “Stepping Out,” “Pump Up the Volume,” “Talk Radio” and “Next Stop, Greenwich Village.” Her solo recording is titled “In His Eyes.”

Eric Roberts is going to be starring in the new Batman movie alongside Christian Bale according to LA Daily News

Eric Roberts has just been set to play a Mafia kingpin in Christopher Nolan’s latest Christian Bale “Batman” movie, “The Dark Knight,” joining the production in June. It’s the latest in an especially bountiful current crop of assignments for Roberts, including his ongoing series roles on “Heroes” and “The L Word,” and his June Hallmark Channel presentation, “Pandemic,” with Faye Dunaway.

“I don’t stop working. I’m a workaholic. I’ve resigned myself to the fact that I’m too overexposed to ever be a superstar, so I’m happy to be a working actor every day,” explains the actor also known as rising star Emma Roberts’ dad, and superstar Julia’s brother.

Referring to his unrequited 1985 Academy Award nomination for “Runaway Train” (Don Ameche won for “Cocoon”), Roberts goes on lightly. “Once they gave my Oscar to the wrong person, I called my agent and said, ‘From now on if there’s one good thing about a project, I’ll do it.’ If the character is good, I’ll do it. If the director is good, I’ll do it. If the location is good, I’ll do it.”

Hayden Panettiere

Hayden Panettiere has joined an all star cast for a new movie and thanks to Heroes-TV for this bit of news…

Hayden Panettiere is joining yet another large ensemble cast for her latest film project.

The “Heroes” actress and four other actors — Willem Dafoe (“Spider-Man”), Ioan Gruffudd (“Fantastic Four”), Shannon Lucio (“The O.C.”) and George Newbern (“Father of the Bride”) — have signed on for Senator Entertainment’s “Fireflies in the Garden.”

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the story is based on Dennis Lee’s screenplay that’s based loosely on his life and examines love and commitment in a family tested by an unexpected tragedy. There’s no indication of who will play what role.

“We are quite fortunate to have secured an ensemble with such talent and global boxoffice track record,” says Senator’s Marco Weber, who is producing with Vanessa Coifman and Sukee Chew. “Their desire to be involved with this film clearly shows the quality of the script.”

The fivesome joins the already cast Julia Roberts, Carrie Anne Moss, Ryan Reynolds and Emily Watson.

Lee will also make his directorial debut on the project. Production is scheduled to begin April 3 in Austin.

Panettiere is best known as the indestructible teenager on NBC’s “Heroes.” Her film credits include “The Affair of the Necklace,” “Raising Helen,” “Racing Stripes,” “Ice Princess” and the straight-to-DVD release of “Bring It On: All or Nothing.”

Greg Grunberg

Greg Grunberg has been in everything that JJ Abrams has made and now he has been linked to appear in the new Star Trek movie…

I knew as soon as J.J Abrams got aboard the new “Star Trek” pic that he’d be wanting to bring a few old friends with him – it was a no-brainer that Greg Grunberg, who has appeared in everything Abrams’ has done (including his honeymoon video), would snag a role; though to date, it hasn’t been revealed who the “Heroes” star will play, just that he will play someone – its just been a matter of trying to ‘which friends’ and for ‘which parts’?

 Heroes Cast

Spoilerfix.Com recently got some info regarding the finale of Heroes and about some new Characters that could be joining…

The episode will feature a Paris Hilton-like blonde woman in her late 20s, an Asian woman also in her late 20s and a male model.

I wonder if the Asian Woman has anything to do with Hiro’s conquest…
