Kristin Bell

I am not saying that Veronica Mars is set to appear on Heroes but Kristin Bell has agreed to this after she recently turned down Lost…

NBC is adding former “Veronica Mars” star Kristen Bell to the cast of “Heroes.” The network has hired Bell for a key multiepisode arc of the second season.

Bell will make her first “Heroes” appearance in October. She’ll play Elle, a character described as a sexy, mysterious young lady who has ties to the supposed death of Peter, H.R.G.’s past and the future of Claire. Elle will kick off her arc by committing a serious crime, though it’s unclear whether she’s good or bad.

“This was not easy to pull off,” said “Heroes” creator-executive producer Tim Kring. “But since we’re an ensemble show, with many arcs playing out through the year, we found a way to jump into a small window in (Bell’s) schedule.”

Universal Media Studios prexy Katherine Pope also hinted that landing Bell wasn’t easy, noting that “many studios (were) chasing her in both film and TV” and that she was happy that Bell “chose to star in our show.”

Well according to Syfy Portal theres someone out there who’s nastier then the brain inspecting monster that is Sylar.

“At the end of last season we gave in the season finale a premonition of someone who is a very scary villain out there, who has invaded the dreams and nightmares of this character on our show named Molly Walker, who can locate people just by thinking about them,” Kring said. “We teased the idea that there was another villain out there. And the audience can expect to see him somewhere in the first run of episodes.”

Damnit >.>…but there we go…it seems someone has been cast as a boyfriend for Claire next season and he also has a power…

Nick D’Agosto has landed a major recurring role on NBC’s hit sci-fi drama “Heroes” for next season.

On the Universal Media Studios series, he will play Claire’s (Hayden Panettiere) boyfriend, West, who is said to have “a very cool superpower.”

D’Agosto is the second new addition to the cast of “Heroes” for next season, joining recently appointed new regular Dania Ramirez.

This past development season, D’Agosto co-starred opposite Marisa Tomei in CBS’ comedy pilot “The Rich Inner Life of Penelope Cloud.” Last year, he played the male lead opposite Mena Suvari in another CBS pilot, the drama “Orpheus.”

D’Agosto will next be seen in the indie “Rocket Science,” which premiered to strong reviews at the Sundance Film Festival in January.

He is repped by ICM, manager Faras Rabadi and attorney Mitch Smelkinson.
