Tim and Ali

The Guys and Gals over at Buddy TV conducted an Interview Tim Kring about Heroes and well a Heroes Movie here is an excerpt from that interview…

When Masi Oka jokingly mentioned a Heroes feature film, I couldn’t resist the opportunity to jump on the duo about whether such an expansion was in the future for Heroes.  Kring responded by stating that they felt they were doing everything a film would do presently, and that there were definitely limits to how far the brand could be extended.  A feature film at this point would raise the bar too high for consistency to hold together.

DC Comics

Digital Spy reported that NBC’s Heroes Graphic Novels will be released in Hardback Version so you can read them whenever you want and guess who the publisher is?…DC Comics!!!…yep I honestly thought it would be Marvel but I guess they didn’t want to go for it.

Heroes will be immortalised in the form of a series of hardcover graphic novels published by DC Comics.

The stories contained within the novels will all have been originally published on the show’s official website, hosted by its broadcaster NBC. Renowned artist Tim Sale will be contributing work to the project, following the images he created on the television show for the character of Isaac, the prophetic painter. The novels are set to be published towards the end of the year.

Tim Kring, creator of Heroes, hailed the news: “We are very excited to be releasing the compilation of Heroes comics through DC Comics. Until now, most of these stories have only been available on To have this first printing coming from DC, the premier publisher of comic books, is a dream come true.”

Sylar Paints So Does Peter… by Damien

It seems even tho Isaac is having a brain freeze at the moment there will still be paintings next year but this time they will be from 2 sources according to Sci-Fi Wire…

Tim Sale, who creates the art pieces for fictional painter Isaac Mendez on NBC’s Heroes, told SCI FI Wire that Isaac is dead on the show, but that Sale will continue to produce pieces-possibly on behalf of a character who appeared to have died. “If only there had been someone else in season one that did some art work,” Sale hinted in an interview at Comic-Con International in San Diego, Calif. “Somebody who absorbs powers, maybe.” […] Although Sylar absorbed Isaac’s power, he is not the only character with that ability. “Actually there were two people,” Sale said. “There was the bad guy who had a very different style, and we didn’t see much of the other’s art work. But all I know is they tell me I have a job.”
